I just made a reservation to pick up a car at the Southampton train station and your system changed it to the airport location. How can I get that fixed?
It would of that early on during the booking process, as the airport is the only location with cars at that time/date, as the pick-up day is a Sunday. You can look at your options by logging into viewmyreservation.com
well that makes sense but it is rather frustrating because I chose your company based on the downtown location being close to the docks where we are arriving by cruise ship....
it would be the same whoever you chose
enterprise says their location is open on sunday. Just saying..
they are on our system, so their cars would have been shown. I'll leave you to decide.
