Hi, I need help asap! I made a booking yesterday for a car hire today with Britishcarhire and somehow you put my reservation with the wrong car hire company!

The company you chose had no cars so rather than you have nothing we provided an alternative.

Flight is leaving in 3 hours and I need this sorted out asap please

You left it very late to book, considering you contacted us weeks ago asking about long term rentals at Faro.

Client

Well the problem is that the new company has a 40 km a day travel limit and that is not enough.

Agent

At this late stage that is all that is available.. Perhaps you can negotiate mileage on arrival, anyway it seems very few to only have 40km a day.

Agent

I will try and find an alternative. But in future allow at least 48 hrs before to get a good deal.

I suggest you make a new booking with unlimited mileage and I will cancel the other booking. Normally you would be charged cancelling that close to pickup but I will send an email off to HQ and request NO CHARGE.
